Painting events of crisis that makes the daily headlines. A photograph in an article about a recent crisis in the Middle East that struck a chord in my heart. It is a tragedy that I am only an everyday bystander amongst the many bystanders.

Artworks Bystanders is a series of paintings where I am revolving around the questions of crisis, struggles of everyday alienation and how we stand as a bystander, watch and read about adversities that take place in various spaces.
